2010 Kentucky Affordable Housing Conference

September 22-23, 2010
Louisville Marriott Downtown

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) invites you to attend the 2010 Kentucky Affordable Housing Conference.  The Louisville Marriott Downtown will serve as our host facility.  As always, we hope you will enjoy this location in downtown Louisville with many nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment attractions.

The 2010 conference has been designed to provide you with valuable up-to-date information about affordable housing in Kentucky from industry experts and leaders.  Nowhere else in Kentucky can you receive this much information at one time in one location about affordable housing.  Various networking and learning opportunities will also be available.

Conference workshops this year are divided into the following tracks:  Energy Awareness, Homeownership Counseling and Education, Homeownership Mortgage Lending, Housing Finance and Construction--Homeownership Production, Housing Finance and Construction--Rental Production, and Specialized Housing Resources.  Please remember that you are not restricted to one track.  Four hours of Continuing Education Credit, in accordance with SAFE Act and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System requirements, will be offered to all mortgage lenders who attend the Homeownership Mortgage Lending Kentucky State Law workshops.

KHC is fortunate to again have the opportunity to extend appreciation to Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing for serving as our sponsor promotion coordinator, as well as a titanium level sponsor.  Ohio Capital Corporation is an independent, mission-driven nonprofit corporation that works with private and public developers to create affordable housing opportunities.

This year’s theme, The Power of Housing at Work, will keep us on track in one common direction – toward our destination of helping Kentuckians have and keep a safe, quality, affordable place to live.  We hope you will register right away and we look forward to seeing you September 22 and 23!
